Welcome to our new web site. As someone who is always passionate about the creative process, the ability to have a team come together and build something as fresh and dynamic as our new website is a real treat. This website reflects where we are now, where we have been and where we want to be in the future.

I was asked recently what made me passionate about my job. After 9 years of running Dogmatic I can say without a doubt what makes me passionate is rolling up my sleeves and getting into the trenches with a great team of people and pulling something off that is much better than we expected going in. When I look back over the years, for me, the best times have been working on projects where I get the opportunity to solve problems quickly, especially when the stakes are high and the pressure is on. The bigger the project and the more people involved, the better.

I like intensity and I'm fortunate to have a staff that likes it that way too. I am also fortunate because the staff cares about the end product and customer satisfaction. This business has changed a lot since I started in 1993. Back then TV ruled and everyone shot on film. It's a new day and being nimble, quick and able to produce content across all platforms is mandatory. We have been doing just that since we started in the spring of 1999 and I think this website shows just that. I'm very proud of our work and all the people who have been involved creating it.

I hope to roll my sleeves up more often in 2008. We have a management team (well our first) and I'm praying that will give me more time to work with all of you when things get....well.....intense.
